Since the wee age of eight, Flip Schultz knew he was going to be
a comedian.
It was at this age that he won a talent show for doing
stand-up. It wasn't
until 18 that Flip braved a 'real' comedy stage (which doubled
as a bar) and
won the open mike contest. For the next two years he annoyed
club owners
and got as much stage time as possible. It paid off when he
started making
money...both he AND his parents were very happy about that!
Flip graduated cum laude & received his BFA in theatre from
Florida Atlantic
University, where he was extensively trained in the art of
improvisation.
Since then, he has performed with over five improv troupes,
establishing
his quick wit and rapport with the audience.
Flip has recently relocated to Los Angeles, leaving as one of
the hottest
and most requested comics in South Florida. He provides a high
energy and very
physical show.
You may also remember Flip from the Special K SPEEDO commercials
when he was
120 lbs heavier. Now he has dieted but kept the funny phat.
