TORONTO, May 1, 2008 - Canada's greatest, funniest, most modest and still-working comedy troupe, The Frantics are jetting to Calgary to be
part of FunnyFest 2008's hilarious festivities.

The Frantics will bring their absurdest perspective to the land of oil, cattle, k.d. Lang and people with lots of money who are desperately trying to be as culturally interesting as Toronto.

The Frantics feature; Paul Chato, Rick Green, Dan Redican and Peter Wildman. The one and the same bunch of guys that brought you Mr. Canoehead and Boot to the Head. After rehomogulating 4 years ago, the boys have been crisscrossing the country playing to sold out houses to new fans and old and producing the hit Frantics Reunion special for
the Comedy Network. Rick and Dan have had their own personal successes with the Red Green show and History Bites in Rick's case and Dan with Puppets Who Kill. Sketch comedy lives in the form of The Frantics and no one does it better.
